Assignment

The Broadband Group supported the foundational planning and execution of a developer-owned, all-fiber network, delivering Gigabit+ internet speeds to every home and business. Supported by the network's anchor tenant, Frog Internet, Walsh became one of the first large-scale communities in the U.S. to offer 10-Gigabit internet as a core utility, enabling advanced home automation, education, and smart city applications from day one.

As the community evolved, The Broadband Group advised the developer on potential monetization strategies for the fiber network, including the evaluation of sale opportunities to the current anchor tenant as well as other qualified service providers. TBG incorporated broadband industry benchmarks and valuation metrics to assess network performance and identify financial structures that would maximize long-term value for the developer while preserving service quality for residents.
