The deployment of Gigabit-plus, symmetric fiber networks will serve as the foundation for a wide array of advanced services—from smart mobility and water conservation to next-generation public safety, health and wellness initiatives. These applications will not only enhance quality of life but also position broadband as a defining amenity and competitive advantage for future residents, businesses, and civic partners.

The Broadband Group (TBG) is structuring strategic agreements with leading fiber broadband providers to ensure the efficient, future-ready deployment of both wired and wireless network infrastructure. This high-performance connectivity backbone will be central to enabling smart community features and unlocking long-term value for The River District.
