Assignment

Located an hour outside Las Vegas, The Broadband Group (TBG) was engaged to make high-performance connectivity a core utility from day one. Our scope centered on two pillars:

• Financial strategy. Model the economics and business structures that would support an all-fiber access network in a new Greenfield development project, including phasing, capital requirements, take-rate sensitivities, and operator partnership constructs.
• Fiber network planning. Define the fiber-to-the-home architecture vision and standards, align backbone and distribution corridors with roadway and power plans, and stage deployment to match village releases.
