Brad Alabaster brings over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 25 years in supervisory positions, to his role at TBG Network Services. As the Director of Operations for Roanoke Cooperative (Fybe) fiber build, he oversees the day-to-day execution of engineering and construction priorities, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple teams.
Prior to The Broadband Group, Mr. Alabaster served as Director of Construction for multiple cable providers, leading teams in design, construction, splicing, and overall project management activities across the Southeast Region. His leadership was pivotal in driving successful project outcomes in states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Mr. Alabaster is a Campbell University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Broadcast Management.
