Coyote Springs is a master-planned community site about 40 miles north of Las Vegas along U.S. 93, entitled for roughly 159,000 residential units across 40-plus thousand acres. It is envisioned as one of the largest greenfield communities in the West.Critical for the development vision, every home was designed to be served by an all-fiber network infrastructure for high-performance residential and business connectivity and other advanced broadband enabled services.
